Since we were brand new to the process he was able to fill us in on every aspect of the home buying process and provided an honest, no-nonsense perspective when we wanted to know his thoughts on something, whether it was the resell value of a home or the things to look for when doing an inspection. When we were looking for homes, there were not many in our budget and he was able to rattle off neighborhoods and even streets (block by block!) that might meet our needs.
